SnapFit Fruit Smoothie

I have another delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe to share with you all!

I absolutely have been loving fruit smoothies in the morning, however, the fruit isn't enough to constitute a meal on it's own. That's why I add protein and fiber to help keep me fuller longer and to make the smoothie more nutritionally complete.

SnapFit Fruit Smoothie
Serves: 1 | Nutrition per serving: 155 calories; 18 carbs; 1 fat; 16 protein; 13 fiber

1 - Lemon or Peach SnapFit Packet
1/2 scoop - Vanilla Protein Powder (optional - I used Whey Super Advanced)
1 cup - Frozen Mixed Fruit (I used sliced peaches, mangos and pineapple
1 1/2 - 2 cups - Water

Add frozen fruit to your blender, ninja, magic bullet, etc. (whatever machine you have to make your smoothies). Fully cover frozen fruit with water. Add Lemon or Peach SnapFit and blend. Once blended, add protein powder. Add any remaining water and blend until fully mixed. Pause, take a deep breath, and enjoy!

This smoothie is a nutrition powerhouse with the added fiber and protein. I drank this smoothie early one morning for breakfast and didn't actually feel hungry until 2:30 p.m.! This was great because it was actually a pretty busy day and that's about the time I finally had a chance to even think about eating lunch.

Make sure to bookmark this recipe for the next time you know you're in store for a busy day! This smoothie taste great, is low in calories and it's bound to keep you feeling full with a great balance of carbs, protein and fiber.
