Lemon Pepper Fish with Linguine and Asparagus Pasta

It no secret that babies require a lot of attention. In being a stay at home mom, I have found that some days I have a lot of time (during one of Piper's naps) to make a great, time-consuming meal. Other days, I'm lucky if I can get peanut butter spread on toast. 

The meal I am going to share with you today was created on a day when I had about 30 minutes left until Piper was due to be up from her nap.

Lemon Pepper Fish with Linguine and Asparagus Pasta


2 oz - linguine
2 tbsp, - lemon juice
5-6 - asparagus spears
lemon pepper seasoning
Parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season fish with lemon pepper seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

2. While fish is cooking, cook pasta as directed on package.

3.  Season asparagus with a dash of salt and steam until tender.

4. Once pasta and asparagus are finished, add together and toss in lemon juice and a sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Serve with baked fish and enjoy!

This is a quick, fresh tasting dish! Perfect for a busy night!

  1. That dish looks great! One of the best things about Talapia is that it's so easy to flavor (that was Talapia in the picture right?) and it's not too "fishy" in taste. And any dish with asparagus is a win for me ;)
