Foodie Friday: BLT Naan Pizza

Not going to lie, I can't even begin writing this post without drooling.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I stumbled upon a new favorite homemade pizza of our own making. Sometime at the end of August, we made BLT Pizza's on Naan Flatbreads and, I haven't been able to stop thinking about them ever since.

If you love bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches and, you haven't had it in pizza fashion yet, you're going to want to PIN this recipe to Pinterest right away.

Save this recipe for later or get this baby on your meal plan for next week. Either way, I promise you, it won't disappoint!

BLT Naan Flatbread Pizza

Serves: 2 | Nutrition per pizza: 660 calories, 61 carbs, 33 fat, 26 protein

2 Naan Flatbreads
1/2 cup, Shredded Mozzarella
8 slices, Turkey Bacon
8 Grape Tomatoes, diced
2 handfuls, Lettuce
2 tbsp, Mayo

You'll be splitting the ingredients evenly between the two flatbreads.

Preheat oven at 350. Fry up the turkey bacon in a skillet. While bacon is frying, dice the tomatoes and prepare mayo in plastic baggies {or save yourself time and get the fancy squeeze bottle of mayo}. Sprinkle frozen naans with shredded mozzarella. Top pizza with pan-fried turkey bacon and bake in oven for about 10-12 minutes. Once baked, top with lettuce, tomatoes and drizzle with mayo.

Okay, I've got to go wipe the drool from my mouth now. Have a great weekend and let me know if you plan on trying this BLT Flatbread Pizza! I'd love to know what you think about it.

P.S. if you're one of the fancy people out there who has the squeeze bottle of mayo in your fridge, you really have no excuse not to try this one out. Just sayin'. Love you all!

  1. YUMMMY! I've been watching my carbs and I have been obsessed with cauliflower crust pizza. My favorite is BBQ chicken pizza. I make it the easy way with a bag of frozen steamable riced cauliflower. Microwave it for 4 min and then put it in a pan to cook out some of the moisture. Mix in 1 egg, 1/3 C shredded parmesan cheese. I bake on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and sprayed with olive oil. Spread it out and bake for about 25 min or so at 400. Then just add your toppings :)
