A fresh new month. Welcome!
Maybe this is exactly what I need to get my stuff together. A new month with new goals and a new mindset. It's no secret that September and October were not great for the scale but, our family made a lot of great memories so, I have no regrets.
I kind of feel like I was just going with the wind these past couple months. Each day, I started out with the best of intentions to eat well and stay on track and each day, I ended up failing one way or the other.
This month is going to be different. Sure, I will probably still fail but, maybe not so much if I change my own definition of failure.

I am going to focus on one big goal and a few actionable items to get me through this month with a loss on the scale.
MAIN GOAL: LOSE 10 POUNDS
November starting weight: 236 lbs.
November goal weight: 226 lbs.
I know this is a big weight-loss goal for me but, I need to shoot for the moon here. Even if I miss, I'll end up among the stars and that is sounding pretty good right about now.
ACTION PLAN:
DRINK 120 OZ. H20 DAILY
TRACK NUTRITION 5/7 DAYS/WEEK
30 MIN. EXERCISE 8 DAYS/MONTH
TIPS FOR MYSELF:
DRINK 32 OZ. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING
IDENTIFY FEELINGS: HUNGRY VS. TIRED, ETC.
TRACK NUTRITION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE OR AFTER CONSUMPTION
My motto for the month is going to be: Make Solutions Not Excuses!
