Healthier Habits as of Late

Happy Thursday, everyone! We are one day closer to Friday and boy, do I have something special coming up for you all on Friday! You'll definitely want to check out the bottom of this post before you leave.

One week ago, on March 1st, I recommitted to living a healthier lifestyle. I said that I wanted to "watch my habits more than my weight" and, so far, so good.

Some of my healthier habits lately include:
Drinking more water
Going to bed earlier
Getting out to the gym
Treating each meal as a fresh start
Eating within calories more often than not
Seeking out inspirational content keep me motivated
I definitely still have so much to improve on but, it was a good first week back at it. Watching my habits did help me lose a little bit of weight. I'll share the official results with you as soon as I film and share my weekly weigh-in video on YouTube.

Now that I'm focusing on living a healthier lifestyle again, you may wonder, will I fail? The answer is irrevocably "YES!". I fail every day at something. The important thing is to just keep going because, the time is going to pass regardless, right?! I have to keep going. I can't let my mistakes keep me in place.
