Full Day of Eats: Chia Pudding for Breakfast

Yesterday was another day of chia pudding for breakfast. I can’t believe I went so long without trying it. Since I’m usually more of a savory girl, I don’t know if I’ll always have it for breakfast but I’m enjoying it for now. It would be a great evening dessert option, too!

Breakfast: Chia Pudding with Oats + Strawberries (335 cal)


Mid-Morning: Bacon Mozzarella Omelette made with 1 egg, 1 egg white (155 cal)


Lunch: Chicken Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette (360 cal)


My afternoon snack was an oatmilk latte. (210 cal)

It was much needed as I had a car full of kids, and a park play date underway! (I love being Auntie Kay and having my niece and nephews in town!) While at the park, I got some Bible time in. I closed my eyes, felt the warm breeze on my skin while hearing the kids playing in the background. It was a heavenly moment!



For dinner, my mom grabbed us subs from Subway before the tball game. Summertime is just the best!

I ate half of my sub before the game and the other half after. (820 cal)


This brought me to a total of about 1,880 calories for the day.
