Full Day of Eats: Weight Check In

Well, after nearly a week of refocusing on my eating habits, I am checking in on my weight. On Monday, I weighed in at 225 lbs and today I’m weighing in at 221 lbs. 

I’m happy to see a big loss on the scale for this first week of getting back on track! If I stay consistent, I’m hoping it won’t be too long before I’m back down to my Springtime weight of 215 lbs.

Not only am I happy about what the scale is saying but I’m already feeling better in my body, too. As you can see in my blog posts, I’m not eating entirely clean by any means but it’s still making a difference by working to stay within my calorie deficit.


I have also been doing a little mobility work, and walking often. I’m sure it’s a combination of eating within my calorie deficit and staying active that has my body feeling so good!
