Full Day of Eats: A Donut A Day

Another “Full Day of Eats”, coming your way! We still had donuts in this house at this point and so of course I made it fit into my budget so that I could have some, again. Donuts are my favorite and it was PMS week at the time, of course.

Food Journal - 3/3/26

Breakfast: Premier Protein (160 cal)

Lunch: Chik Fil A Sandwich (440 cal) and then my youngest’s leftover grilled nuggets (115 cal)

Afternoon Snack: 1/2 custard filled donut (160 cal); Oatmilk latte (130 cal)

Dinner: (3) Mini Tacos with ground beef, nacho cheese and shredded lettuce (325 cal)

Dessert: 1/2 cream filled donut (230 cal); Gouda and pepperoni (200 cal)





On this day, I had errands to run with my youngest, and met up with my stepdad for lunch at Chik Fil A. My usual order is a Chik Fil A sandwich, but since my daughter didn’t finish her nuggets I ended up eating those when I got home as well. If it had been waffle fries, I would have passed. However, the grilled nuggets are a decent source of protein and were a good choice in my mind.



It wasn’t pretty or perfectly curated but this is what I ate in a day! Total: 1,760 calories
