Full Day of Eats: Air Fried Salmon

So, I recently found out that I can air fry salmon straight from the freezer. 400°F for about 14-16 minutes is all it takes. This is a game changer! That’s both easier and quicker than the thawing and baking process. 


Given this knowledge, I made myself some salmon for brunch the other day. I’m a savory breakfast eater; mostly because I’m not a breakfast eater in general. I’d rather skip right to lunch any day of the week! I also don’t typically feel hungry for breakfast until about 10am so that may have something to do with my flavor preference, as well.

Food Journal - 3/4/26

Brunch: Air Fried Salmon w/ 2 oz Buttered Cavatappi Pasta + Capers (450 cal; 36 grams protein); Oatmilk Latte (150 cal)


Lunch: Italian Sandwich made with pepperoni, salami, pepperjack, ham and mayo on Rye (300 cal)


Before dinner, I went to the chiropractor and then went for a walk. It was a brisk 37°F at the time, but I had been itching for an outdoor walk so I did it!


Dinner: (2) Burgers made with provolone, red onion, lettuce, tomatoes and thousand island on 50-calorie keto buns with a side of Everything Salad Mix (655 cal)


Dessert: (2) tbsp peanut butter (190 cal)


Total for the day: ~1,745 cal
