My realistic and main goal is to lose 8 - 10 pounds during this challenge. My “shoot for the moon” goal is to lose 15 pounds!
Realistic goal weight: 216 - 214 lbs.

This was a good reminder that if I don’t stick to the plan, I won’t see the results. The plan is to track my nutrition 5/7 days of the week. I did not do that, and so I did not see the results I expected.
Even so, I’m still just a pound away from goal with a week to go. Let’s finish this challenge strong!
